Part - Time Universal Banker Brooklyn Area

The Universal Banker is an entry level position that assists in the execution of sales, products, or service activities in coordination with the customer service team. The overall objective of this role is to foster relations with customers, building loyalty and increasing sales to individual consumer clients.

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customers
• Provide service delivery to internal and external customers to resolve account service issues
• Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures
• Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively
• Support sales and service activities within the branch by participating in seminars, micromarketing events, promotional campaigns, product initiatives, and other related events
• Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets
• Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets through compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adherence to policy, sound ethical judgment, and transparent reporting of control issues

• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Previous retail banking or similar experience required
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

• High school diploma or equivalent

Hourly Rate: $24.05 – $31.37
