• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
• Handle all front desk related activities:
  • Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
  • Check members into the system.
  • Assist with new member sign‑up.
  • Take prospective members on tours.
  • Facilitate needed updates to members’ accounts.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club, including:
  • Cleaning and sanitizing exercise equipment and Black Card spa amenities.
  • Ensuring restrooms are clean, sanitized, stocked, and clutter free following the routine cleaning schedule.
  • Performing a comprehensive walk of all club areas to fix safety or policy issues and address cleanliness concerns.

• Customer service background preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• A passion for fitness and health.

• Punctuality and reliability.
• Exceptional customer service skills with ability to interact positively and professionally with members and co‑workers, exceeding member expectations.
• Strong listening, empathy, and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions with appropriate behavior and language.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent preferred.

• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Encounter toxic chemicals during shift.
• Move self in different positions (bending, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, twisting) to accomplish tasks.
