Front Desk Attendant

Job Summary: Oversee front desk operations, assist members and prospects on the phone and in person, and ensure a 5‑Star member experience at the club.

• Establish and maintain 5‑Star rapport with all members and guests entering and exiting the club as well as via phone and other contacts.
• Demonstrate competency in all functions of APTUS including Scheduler, POS, shift reconciliations, member statements, and member check‑in.
• Record clear, accurate phone messages and assess the importance and timeliness of calls; be familiar with the Broadview phone system including voicemail.
• Ensure closing procedures are followed each night.
• Manage towel supply, laundering, drying, replenishment, and monitoring.
• Maintain a neat and well‑stocked work area for efficient desk operation and customer service.
• Assist with courtesy calls and balance due.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and transfer them to the appropriate party.
• Schedule court reservations and private lessons.
• Develop and maintain cooperative work relationships with others.
• Complete daily reports and any special projects as assigned.

• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated knowledge of SPORTIME programs, services, policies and procedures.
• Ability to explain all lessons, programs, memberships and promotions to prospective and existing members.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Solid computer skills (Microsoft applications) a must.
• Strong listening and understanding skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Capacity to multitask.
• Ability to keep information confidential.
• Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships and maintain them over time.

Full‑time with weekend availability.

$17.00 – $18.00 per hour.
