Client Service Representative

Location:

Greenwich Village Animal Hospital, New York, NY

Hourly pay rate: $23–$24.00 (based on experience)

• Greet customers as they arrive and act as the main point of contact for the hospital.
• Provide day‑to‑day client services of the front office and support staff throughout the office.
• Answer a busy multi‑line phone system and facilitate calls to relevant departments.
• Resolve informal client issues and report on these issues to the Client Services Supervisor.
• Maintain hospital communications via email, interpersonal and PIMs software.

• High school diploma required
• 2+ years of experience in customer service required; prior veterinary experience desired but not required
• Strong client relations and interpersonal skills
• Strong technical and computer skills
