Ensuring that the package area is organized.

Registering and tracking all deliveries.

Assisting in the transport of luggage and groceries to and from units and other areas.

Delivering items such as newspapers, dry-cleaning, packages, groceries, and other items to residents and guests.

Operating the service elevator.

Assisting the Resident Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Condominium.

Performing Doorperson and Concierge duties as needed.

Providing 5-star customer service.

Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Respond quickly to requests from guests, residents, and your team.

Maintain confidentiality for our guests and residents.

Then you may be a great fit for this position! Prior experience as a Package Room Attendant at a luxury hotel or residential building and a basic knowledge of building systems and computers is preferred. Multi-lingual fluency is a plus! This is a relief position. Employment will be temporary on an as needed basis.

Pay & Benefits:
