Client Services Advisor; Center - Long

Summary

The Client Services Advisor provides best‑in‑class support to clients across eCommerce and client care, working on‑site in Long Island City to handle inquiries and post‑purchase needs. This cross‑functional role partners with retail, logistics, CRM, and the repair workshop to deliver an elevated, luxury client experience. The position requires bilingual French and English communication and strong problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment.

• Deliver personalized client service via phone, email, live chat, and online repair forms using CRM platforms.
• Achieve SLAs for customer contacts and meet productivity and sales targets.
• Coordinate with fulfillment warehouse and carriers on shipping, returns, cancellations, and escalations.
• Support repair processes, provide estimates and quotes, order parts, and facilitate in/out‑of‑warranty repairs.
• Inspect incoming goods, record shortages or damages, create labels for e‑commerce and repair orders, and process payments or invoicing.

• Fluency in French and English and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years in luxury retail, call center, or operations/customer service roles.
• Ability to work Saturdays and handle escalated or complex customer situations with diplomacy.
• Comfortable using multiple computer applications, dual monitors, Salesforce preferred, and proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, multitasking, analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.
