Job Description
We connect locals with organized adventure designed to make outdoor recreation easy and more accessible from the city.
Our goal is to bring our customers fully curated, world‑class experiences all while connecting them to other like‑minded adventurers along the way.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who loves working with people and is passionate about adventure travel to join our Support & Operations team. This person will answer questions from customer emails and calls, think on their feet to devise creative solutions to problems, and liaise between our customers and merchants. They will need to be extremely organized and pay absurd attention to detail.
The ideal candidate can write clearly and quickly, can carry on a conversation with anybody, and loves skiing, snowboarding, whitewater rafting, as well as other types of adventure activities.
Work schedule is part‑time hourly, three days a week.
QualificationsRequirements:
- Experience working directly with customers and/or in operations
- Loves working with and talking to people
- Excellent and concise written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving ability
- Dynamic and engaging personality
- Comfortable talking on the phone
- Passion for adventure and the outdoor recreation
- Ski/Snowboard or Whitewater Rafting experience is a plus
