Welcome all guests in a friendly and professional manner by providing excellent customer service to those who stay on or off campus throughout the night shift. Provide accurate information regarding activities, policies, and procedures during their stay on campus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, multi-tasking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
- Exhibits proficiency and fundamental knowledge of Word and Excel applications.
- Accuracy in handling money and record keeping
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Professional telephone answering, and a basic knowledge of the surrounding area.
- Ability to work independently.
