Mandarin And Cantonese-Speaking Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for Mandarin and Cantonese-speaking Customer Service Advisors to support customers with inquiries related to orders, delivery updates, payment issues, product information, and technical support.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided for candidates with strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitudes.

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email channels
  • Assist customers with order status, delivery updates, and payment-related inquiries
  • Provide technical troubleshooting support for smartphones, tablets, PCs, and related devices
  • Deliver professional and high-quality customer service experiences
  • Resolve customer concerns effectively while maintaining professionalism
  • Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
  • Work closely with team members and support continuous process improvements
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on supported products and services
Education
  • Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in any discipline
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Language Requirements
  • Able to communicate fluently in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
  • Minimum B2 English proficiency required
Experience
  • Minimum 6 months customer service experience is preferred
  • Call center experience is an advantage but not mandatory
Technical Skills
  • Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
  • Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, PCs, or laptops
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and tools
