Overview

Key Responsibilities- Serve as an on‑site presence, greeting residents and providing helpful information about amenity space features, hours, and guidelines.
- Proactively observe resident behavior to gently reinforce community rules and standards.
- De‑escalate and mediate minor conflicts with a focus on empathy, diplomacy, and prevention of future issues.
- Report recurring concerns or maintenance issues to property management or the appropriate departments.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful community environment through daily interactions and consistent presence.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Calm, professional demeanor in conflict situations.
- Customer service experience preferred.
The Resident Service Advocate position with LIVunLtd pays $25 per hour. Salary may vary based on relevant experience and location.
