ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Service Specialist, you will be a subject‑matter expert and play a pivotal role in ensuring every customer has an experience that’s the best in pests.
- Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments.
- Proficiently navigate Windows‑based and Web‑based systems to track routes and optimize schedules.
- Apply training to schedule appointments for technicians, minimize drive time, and recommend alternative routes.
- Use listening skills and probing questions to identify customer concerns and evaluate needs.
- Monitor, update, and maintain a customer database with accurate information, including call details, dispositions, payments, and results.
- Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
- Participate in quality‑assurance processes, programs, and initiatives.
- Safeguard customer privacy and proprietary information.

- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Comfortable sitting at a desk and using a computer, keyboard, telephone, and office equipment for extended periods.
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
