Gather and decode customer information to effectively and accurately relay concerns to technicians.
Document services declined and advise customer of current and future needs to their vehicle.
Foster and promote a safe and healthy work environment, maintaining safe work practices at all times.
Maintain excellent CSI scores through constant communication with customers during and after service visits to satisfy all customer needs.
Build strong relationships with the customers.
