Customer Interaction Specialist
Are you interested in joining DFDS as a Customer Interaction Specialist in our Passenger & Customer Service department?
At DFDS, we are looking for motivated and energetic individuals with a positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to resolve issues in a practical and effective manner.

Requirements:
- Languages:
Spanish, French and/or English. Arabic (desirable). - Experience in customer service, preferably in tourism, transport or call center environments.
- Communication skills, empathy and incident management.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and reservation systems.
- Availability to work shifts (including weekends and holidays).
- Own vehicle.
Main functions:
- Attend calls, emails and chats.
- Information about schedules, fares and travel conditions.
- Sale and modification of tickets (passengers and vehicles).
- Secure payment management and issuance of confirmations.
- Resolution of operational incidents (changes due to weather, cancellations).
- Advisory on documentation (passports, minors, vehicles, pets).
- Collaboration with operations and ports to ensure smooth embarkations.
