Role Overview

Lega-Nova Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our New York team.

This position focuses on client relations and account management
, where you will serve as a key point of contact for customers while supporting the growth and retention of client accounts.

This is a face-to-face, customer-facing role and does not involve call center or telemarketing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent client brands in in-person customer interactions
    , delivering a high standard of service
  • Manage and maintain existing customer accounts
    , ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • Build professional relationships with customers to support long-term engagement
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upgrades, and additional services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client acquisition and ongoing account management efforts
  • Accurately record customer interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in customer-facing environments
  • Professional, reliable, and results-oriented approach
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales is preferred but not required
