Our Midtown Manhattan office is growing, and we're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and creating positive customer experiences.

This entry‑level opportunity is ideal for candidates seeking a professional career path with hands‑on training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities. No previous customer service experience is required.

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll work directly with business clients, assist with inquiries, build strong relationships, and help ensure a positive experience throughout each interaction.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Engage with business clients during scheduled face‑to‑face meetings
  • Provide friendly, professional support and assistance
  • Answer questions regarding available programs and services
  • Build strong client relationships through effective communication
  • Assist clients in identifying solutions that fit their needs
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued support
  • Work closely with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
