Location: New York
Getclark is seeking a Head of Customer Success to own the live customer base and build a world-class post-sale organization. In this hands-on leadership role, you will be responsible for customer health, renewals, and managing customer success teams.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in customer success in a B2B SaaS environment. Responsibilities include establishing customer health metrics, managing escalations, and aligning customer feedback with product priorities.
This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to engage directly with executive customers.
