Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Bilingual (English/Spanish) Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, proficiency in multiple languages, and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences. This position offers an engaging environment where your ability to handle inquiries, process data accurately, and maintain professionalism will be highly valued.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels
  • Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions
  • Assist clients with product or service information, billing questions, and account management
  • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer requests or promote additional services when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using data entry and CRM systems
  • Handle transactions accurately when necessary
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues efficiently
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting purposes
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements for service quality
Experience
  • Previous call center experience or customer support role preferred but not required
  • Bilingual abilities (English and Spanish) are required to serve diverse client needs
  • Familiarity with data entry, client services, and basic analysis skills is advantageous
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general software navigation
  • Experience with outbound calling and cash handling is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
  • Property and Casualty Insurance license (must have or be able to obtain)
