A leading AI agent platform company in New York City is searching for a Manager, Customer Support & Experience to lead the customer support function. You will ensure a high-quality, reliable experience for customers deploying the platform. Responsibilities include managing a support team, monitoring KPIs, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in customer support within B2B SaaS and a proven ability to lead teams effectively.

A range of $112k to $130k annually with excellent benefits is offered.
