Summary
The Private Client Coordinator supports the Private Client Team at Tiffany & Co.'s Landmark flagship in New York City, delivering highly personalized, luxury client experiences. This role manages pre-appointment logistics, product sourcing and presentation, hospitality coordination, and sales operations to ensure flawless client interactions. The Coordinator also oversees post-appointment follow-up, client records, and supports High Jewelry event preparation and client development initiatives.
Responsibilities- Coordinate pre-appointment logistics including product sourcing, transfers, and availability for client appointments.
- Partner with Merchandising, Product Control, Transportation, and Sales to prepare requested pieces for presentation.
- Collaborate with Concierge and Hospitality to reserve private salons, arrange amenities, and facilitate special requests.
- Support Private Client Advisors during appointments with product management, floor navigation, and operational assistance.
- Manage post-appointment deliverables such as valuations, presentations, product information sheets, and invoices.
- Coordinate fulfillment, shipping, and delivery with Merchandising, Shipping, and Operations teams.
- Maintain client wish lists, preferences, profiles, and assist with gifting initiatives and event support.
- Support daily presentation and maintenance of High Jewelry displays and process sales transactions as needed.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, Compass, and High Jewelry application and create product presentations and lookbooks.
- 2–4 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, client services, sales support, or executive coordination.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships across functions.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and clienteling systems.
- Preferred: experience supporting High Jewelry or Fine Jewelry, private client or VIP clientele, and coordinating events or gifting programs.
