Join the Rallye Motor Company! As Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, we have an exciting opportunity for a Part-time Showroom Greeter/Receptionist with Rallye Mercedes-Benz! If you're a friendly and enthusiastic individual who loves working with people, this is the perfect role for you. You'll be the face of our dealership, creating a warm and welcoming environment for our valued guests!

Part time schedule:
Weekends:
Saturdays 9:00am - 6:00pm & Sundays 11:00am - 4:00PM.

In this dynamic position, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for our clients—greeting them with a smile and directing them to the right department.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and assist with inquiries to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Support our sales team by managing showroom traffic flow and keeping the area organized.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain an efficient record-keeping system.
  • Perform various clerical duties to keep our operations running smoothly.

PAY RANGE: $18 - $22 Per Hour

  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is a must.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • A knack for multitasking and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in phone handling and basic computer skills; familiarity with Google Suite and Excel is a plus.
  • A professional appearance and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Must be available for flexible part-time hours, including weekends.
