Midtown Manhattan, NY (On-Site) - Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM - Employment Type:
Full-Time (W-2) - Expected First-Year Earnings: $45,000–$60,000
- Paid Training | Career Advancement | Professional Growth
- Meet with business clients during scheduled face-to-face appointments
- Provide exceptional customer support and professional service
- Answer questions about available programs and services
- Build long-term relationships through clear communication and follow-up
- Help clients identify solutions that best fit their needs
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly objectives
- Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development
- Support business growth by presenting relevant programs and services to clients as part of the sales process
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working in a client‑facing, face‑to‑face environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, or sales is a plus but not required
