Office Administrator/ Coordinator
We are seeking a compassionate, professional, and highly organized Patient Liaison to join our team. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for patients and families, helping answer questions, address concerns, and ensure a positive overall experience. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Yiddish and English, possess exceptional customer service and communication skills, and be comfortable managing a high volume of phone interactions with empathy and professionalism.
This is an in-office position, with potential flexibility for a hybrid schedule after six months based on performance and operational needs.
Salary & Benefits- Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually

- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and families via phone
- Respond to questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Provide compassionate support and guidance to families navigating patient care services
- Coordinate communication between families, staff, and departments as needed
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records
- Follow up on outstanding concerns to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Assist with administrative duties including scheduling, data entry, filing, and general office support
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Help foster a welcoming, supportive, and service-oriented environment
- Fluent in both Yiddish and English required
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, patient relations, or administrative support preferred
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and empathetic in challenging situations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
