Part‑Time substitute usher position.

Base Pay: $96.61 per shift.

• Welcoming patrons into the theater and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.
• Seating guests and answering questions about the theater, shows, and policies.
• Working directly with Theater Managers and Head Usher to support smooth front‑of‑house operations.
• Providing friendly, helpful service and taking initiative to resolve guest concerns.
• Maintaining a professional appearance in all black attire; a blazer will be provided.

• Previous customer service experience is recommended.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and climb stairs.
• Must be or become a member of Local 306 union.
• Must be able to work well with a team and treat all patrons and coworkers with respect.
