About the Role Technology& is looking for motivated Customer Support Agents to join our growing team. You'll be the front line for customers reaching out via phone, email, and chat - helping resolve service questions, share information, and deliver a great overall experience.

What You'll Do
  • Handle inbound customer contacts across phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care
  • Guide customers through service-related questions and operational information
  • Log and track all interactions accurately in our ticketing system
  • Use approved scripts and workflows to ensure consistent, quality support
  • Escalate more complex cases to supervisors or specialized teams as needed
  • Keep thorough, accurate documentation of each customer interaction
  • Help create a smooth, positive experience for every customer you assist
What We're Looking For
  • Strong communicator with a genuine customer-first mindset
  • Patient, calm, and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations
  • Active listener with empathy and a positive tone
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
Nice to Have
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Familiarity with CRM or ITSM platforms
  • Call center background, especially handling ticket queues in public-service environments
