Location: New York
United Healthcare is seeking an onsite, full-time Customer Service Representative in New York City to serve M&R and DSNP members in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. You will explain benefits, resolve claims and billing issues, and provide translations at our retail locations.
This role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years of customer service experience, and the ability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET. Training is provided, with occasional overtime as needed.
