Location: New York
New York Marriott Marquis in New York City is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Associate to maintain a positive, empathetic attitude, respond promptly to inquiries, and communicate with guests across multiple channels.
You will resolve complaints, know our products, process orders and forms, keep records of interactions, and coordinate with colleagues to ensure high guest satisfaction. Starting immediately; schedule Monday–Friday 9:30 am to 4:00 pm; hourly pay $15–$45.
