ResponsibilitiesWe're looking for someone to:
- Own the customer journey from onboarding through renewal.
- Build our CS function from scratch (you'll be the first!).
- Be the technical expert customers rely on.
- Create scalable processes that set us up for growth.
This role has immediate and real impact as you'll shape how we support our industry-leading clients. If you're a self-starter who loves bringing order to chaos and helping customers win, we want to hear from you, even if you don't check every single box. (We do require the right to work in the US and as close to the US Central time zone as possible.)
