About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an organized and customer-focused Account Manager to join their growing team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, ensuring exceptional service, accurate account management, and seamless coordination between customers and internal operations teams.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients
  • Manage customer records, contracts, service schedules, and account documentation
  • Enter and update work orders, invoices, service reports, and account information in company systems
  • Coordinate service requests and communicate scheduling updates to customers and field personnel
  • Conduct customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and service expectations are met
  • Track account activity and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
  • Partner with operations and field teams to ensure services are delivered efficiently
  • Assist with work order completion, proposals, and customer retention initiatives
  • Support billing and collections by communicating with customers regarding invoices and account status
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in account management, customer service, administrative support, or a related role
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with Quick Books, CRM systems, or service management software is preferred
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
