Service Concierge – BMW of Latham
Position:
Service Concierge – First point of contact in Service Department. Responsible for greeting guests, assisting with service drive, coordinating vehicle flow, and supporting Service team to deliver outstanding care.
Full-time position. Schedule options: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
, Monday through Friday. Hourly pay range: $18–$22 per hour
, based on experience.
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Self‑motivated with ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work well as part of a team
