Role Overview

The Workplace Experience Agent/Host is responsible for delivering frontline support within a fast-paced corporate environment, overseeing client and guest interactions, managing workspace needs, and facilitating smooth daily operations. This role emphasizes strong client engagement, proactive problem-solving, and collaboration across departments to uphold a high standard of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors and personnel, providing exceptional, personalized service and maintaining connections with clients and guests
  • Manage frontline support requests, including resolving inquiries, coordinating special projects, and addressing client concerns in a professional manner
  • Oversee and prepare workstations, collaboration areas, and conference spaces to meet quality and technology standards, verifying functionality and providing first-level tech support
  • Track and fulfill service tickets using Service Now, conduct quality assurance checks, and ensure timely resolution of client requests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams via platforms such as MS Teams to facilitate seamless service delivery and support operational workflows
  • Assist with special events, offsite experiences, and process improvements, adhering to globally standardized service level agreements
  • Protect sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information according to company policies and regulatory standards
Core Qualifications & Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in workplace support, front desk, or guest services roles within corporate environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish authentic connections with clients and visitors
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
  • Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving technology platforms and workplace tools
  • Comfort navigating various software and systems including Service Now, MS Teams, and other facility management tools
  • In-office presence required; this role is based in a major corporate office in New York
  • Hours:

    2PM-10PM
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience working with workplace management systems and smart building technology
  • Familiarity with event planning and onsite logistics management
  • Prior exposure to global corporate standards and service level agreements
Core Technical Skills
  • Facility and workplace support (building operations, workstation setup)
  • Workplace technology (AV equipment, conference room tech, Office 365 suite)
  • Health & safety compliance standards
  • Office protocols and guest reception procedures
