Guest Services Representative

Starting Pay Rate: $17.00 hourly

Swing shift available

Schedule will be Wednesday (5p-10p), Thursday (4:30p-10p), Saturday (4p-12a), and Sunday (2p-10p)

As a Guest Services Representative you will provide exceptional guest service by assisting guests with TS Rewards loyalty accounts, complimentary programs, promotions, and account inquiries. Maintains accurate player records, processes rewards transactions, responds to guest communications, and supports VIP guests while ensuring confidentiality, compliance, and a positive guest experience.

· Always greet guests in a courteous and positive manner.

· Ensures players receive exemplary guest service when explaining, instructing and assisting guests with the fundamentals of TS Reward Card accounts and complimentaries.

· Efficiently and accurately create and maintain TS Rewards Loyalty Card accounts as needed.

· Always be thorough and concise when checking guest accounts for points and complimentary offer availability.

· Periodically circulates gaming floor to assist VIPs with complementariness, etc.

· Communicates & cooperates effectively with all departments.

To be successful as a Guest Services Representative you'll need:

A High School Diploma/Equivalency or equivalent; required.

Previous experience in a guest contact position; preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication along with organizational skills are required.

Knowledge of data entry preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including Word and Excel) and the ability to operate standard office equipment such as calculators, printers, copiers, and scanners.

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to include evening hours, weekends and holidays as needed.

Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 11 - 20 pounds.
