Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa is seeking a Front Desk Agent (Guest Services Agent) to join our Front Office team in an On-Call capacity.
Front Desk Agents interact with guests from arrival through check-out, providing information about the Resort, Restaurants, Spa and local attractions to create an exceptional guest experience.
This hourly, entry-level role offers flexible shifts and requires excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
