Maximus is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative I (English/Spanish) to join our team in the Bronx, NY. In this rewarding role, you will help New York Medicaid recipients navigate their healthcare options, access important services, and make informed decisions about their coverage.

• Help Medicaid recipients navigate healthcare options, access services, and make informed decisions about coverage.
• Provide face‑to‑face and telephone support, guiding individuals through the enrollment process and explaining managed care plan options.
• Deliver compassionate, people‑centered service.
• Maintain Certified Application Counselor (CAC) certification.

• Full‑time, onsite position located in an LDSS/HRA office in Bronx, NY.
• Monday – Friday schedule, 8:30AM – 5:30PM.
