Urban Health Plan seeks a Patient Advocate (Bilingual Spanish/English) to serve at Plaza del Sol Health Center in Corona, NY. This full-time role supports patients, greets visitors, and helps them navigate the health center with a warm, welcoming approach.
The position requires bilingual fluency, a high school diploma, and strong customer service and computer skills. Work hours are 40 per week, Monday through Thursday 7:30am–5pm and Saturday 7:00am–1:30pm, with Fridays and Sundays off.
