Candidates should be comfortable managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, possess strong computer skills, and have experience in clerical or office tasks.

(Minimum 1 year of experience required). This is a Part-Time position with the opportunity for Full-Time.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and policies.
• Stay updated on product offerings and promotions to effectively assist customers.
