General Job Duties for All Store Team Members:
Operate all equipment.

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work area, including walk‑in cooler.

Receive and process telephone orders.

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Provide clear written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers for processing orders over the phone and in person.

• Mathematical skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
• Correct monetary change handling.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills for order processing.
• Motor coordination for rapid and accurate movements.
• Computer and touch screen proficiency for entering orders.

• Outdoor tasks such as trash removal may involve varying weather conditions.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in some areas, with sudden changes.
• Exposure to fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
