Store Customer Service Rep
Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the first contact with our customers – we value their commitment to exceptional customer service, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to assist our customers through the ordering process.
Get Paid to Talk!
In addition to providing exceptional customer service, our CSRs gain experience by assisting with in‑store duties and learning the pizza delivery business. CSRs earn an hourly base pay of $17.00.
Great Hours!
CSRs work mostly on weekends and evenings. It is a great after‑school, second‑job, summer‑job or part‑time job for anyone looking for flexible part‑time hours.
Opportunities!
CSRs have an excellent opportunity to learn the in‑store side of the business and eventually move into management. Domino’s Pizza promotes from within – many general managers started as drivers or CSRs. This role can lead to the Management Development Program.
To apply, you must be at least 18 years old and have excellent communication skills. Some computer experience is helpful. You must be able to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSStanding
Most tasks are performed from a standing position on ceramic tile or linoleum. Work surfaces range from 36" to 48" in height.
Walking
Delivery personnel move between the store, delivery vehicle and customer locations.
Lifting
Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more. Team members unload deliveries with a hand truck. Deliveries may include cases weighing up to 50 pounds and dimensions up to 3' x 1.5'. Cases are lifted from the floor and stacked up to 72" high.
Carrying
Large cans (approx. 3 pounds 7 ounces) are carried from the workstation to storage shelves. Pizza sauce (approx. 30 pounds) may be carried to the front of the store. Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time and weigh about 12 pounds each.
During delivery, CSRs carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing.
Pushing
Trays on dollies (approx. 24"–30") require up to 7.5 pounds of force to push. Trays may also be pulled.
Climbing
CSRs infrequently navigate stairs or climb ladders to change prices on signs, wash walls, or perform maintenance. Forward bending at the waist is required at the pizza assembly station. Workers must flex knees while standing at this station is limited. Tasks at the front counter and stocking ingredients also involve forward bending. This position requires repetitive bending for 30–45 seconds at a time.
Crouching/Squatting

Reaching
Workers reach up, down, and forward continuously. They reach above 72" to operate oven controls or change price signs and lower objects to and from shelves. Reaching down is required for tasks such as scooping cornmeal or washing dishes. Reaching forward occurs when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones.
