Location: New York
Amida Care is seeking a Bilingual Member Services Representative to join our NY call center. You will respond to Spanish and English inquiries about benefits, services, and claims, and conduct outbound member outreach to educate and onboard new members.
The candidate should have excellent communication skills, at least one year in customer service, HIPAA confidentiality, and proficiency with Word and Excel. Salesforce experience is a plus; training provided.
