We are hiring a Member Solution Specialist for our Call Center!

Starting pay is $22-24/hour, based on experience. Business hours are Monday-Wednesday, 8-5pm;
Thursday-Friday, 8-6pm; and Saturday, 9-1pm. Saturdays rotate based on department needs.

This role is eligible for a hybrid schedule after the training period, up to 2 days per week.

You will be a trusted resource for members, providing friendly and accurate support through call center channels. You will answer questions, research solutions, resolve concerns, and help members connect with the Sunmark products and services that fit their needs.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, staying organized, and completing administrative tasks with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma/equivalent or higher, strong customer service and computer skills with ability to multitask within multiple programs. Professional communication, attention to detail, and the ability to stay positive. Upon hire, team members will need to obtain NMLS licensing.
