The Opportunity
The Client Service Consultant II is responsible for overall accountability for: client requests, leading projects, providing clients with alternative solutions, identifying possible plan design alternatives, acting as a liaison between the client and internal Met Life teams across the Northeast region. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate and act as a liaison to assist with problem resolution and troubleshooting.
Candidates for this role should be located within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, NJ or New York, NY.
Key Responsibilities- Provides exceptional customer service to support ongoing customer delivery and client satisfaction.
- Participates in client account audits and strategic planning process and meetings.
- Partners with Financial team in completion of client reports; analyzing results and identifying trends.
- Leads and coordinates implementation of the addition of Met Life products on a basis.
- Establishes and maintains client specific processes and reporting. Creates and maintains process manuals and client specific work instructions.
- 3-5 years of relevant business experience with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management skills including problem solving, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and decisiveness.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing demands.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Group Benefits core products, particularly Life, Disability, Dental, and/or Absence management.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- College degree or higher education.
Location Expectation:
This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
The expected salary range for this position is $74,500 - $99,300. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
