Graybar is looking for a Customer Service Representative to act as a main contact for customers, handling orders, requests and providing timely, courteous support. You will engage with customers regularly to ensure complete satisfaction.
Responsibilities include maintaining high service quality, handling calls and correspondence, assisting with product selection, and coordinating orders, pricing, expediting, billing, and claims. Shift is Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with a starting rate of $20.00/hour.
