Position Overview
The Member Services Specialist serves as a primary frontline representative of the credit union, responsible for delivering accurate, professional, and member-focused service. This role supports new membership onboarding, account opening, and transactional services while ensuring members receive welcoming, efficient, and consistent experience.
The Member Services Specialist role is designed as a member-facing execution role and does not include lending approval authority or ownership of complex service resolution.

Compensation Range$17.05 - $22.17 per hour, depending on experience
Education/ExperienceThis position is not eligible for benefits.
Minimum Required- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow procedures, handle cash accurately, and manage multiple priorities.
- Prior customer service or financial experience preferred.
