Plantiful is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to build and scale relationships with our plant growers and wholesalers. You will lead onboarding, adoption, and ongoing customer engagement, working closely with product, sales, and engineering to resolve issues and drive retention.
This hybrid role is based in the NYC Greater Area with in-office Mon-Wed; occasional travel to industry events may be required as we grow our community and platform.
