Servicing Specialist (Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Overview

Whether you come from a background in customer service, servicing, or a related field, you can be successful in our role. We don’t require a specific degree or experience, but we’re looking for translatable skills and relevant expertise. This position is located in-seat in Columbia, MO, and we are hiring for the following shifts:
Monday‑Friday, 9:00am‑5:00pm.

• Handle payment, insurance, and tax questions from our sub‑servicing centers to find the right answers.
• Respond quickly to payment and loan servicing inquiries—by email or phone—while keeping track of important details.
• Assist customers and teammates by answering payment questions and ensuring they receive the best service possible.
• Pitch in wherever needed (excluding licensed tasks) to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.

• Detail‑oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Hard‑working and naturally possessing excellent customer‑service skills.
• Thrives in fast‑paced, results‑driven environments.
• Enjoys working with a team and communicating effectively—through discussion, problem‑solving, and handling tough situations.
• Strong problem‑solver who makes data‑driven decisions.
• Has spent at least six months in a customer‑service or servicing role and feels comfortable using basic computer technology in an online work environment.
• Consistently reliable and accountable for getting the job done.
