The Opportunity

Puig is looking for a Customer Service Executive to support and continuously improve the day-to-day Customer Service function for our North America business. This role is responsible for managing the Order to Cash process with our retail partners, including order management, deliveries, invoicing, returns, claims, deductions, and unresolved debt. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, process-driven, and comfortable partnering cross-functionally to help deliver strong service levels, accurate execution, and timely resolution of operational issues.

What you'll get to do
  • Manage day-to-day Customer Service operations for assigned retail accounts, supporting the full Order to Cash lifecycle from order entry through issue resolution
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal partners, ensuring clear and timely communication across orders, deliveries, invoices, returns, claims, deductions, and open balances
  • Monitor order status and proactively identify financial, commercial, stock-related, or system blocks; partner with the appropriate teams to resolve issues and release orders to the warehouse as needed
  • Coordinate returns and credit note processes, ensuring information is complete, accurate, and aligned with internal requirements
  • Review and resolve retailer claims and deductions, following up with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and other teams as needed
  • Support receivables management by monitoring overdue debt, sending statements of account, and helping resolve open items in partnership with Finance
  • Maintain and review customer master data, pricing conditions, and account information to support clean order flow and reduce downstream issues
  • Use systems and tools such as SAP or similar ERP platforms, Excel, retailer portals, and/or EDI-related processes to track activity and support execution
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, or improve current processes in alignment with local and global ways of working
  • Contribute to a collaborative, service-oriented team environment with a focus on accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement
We'd love to meet you if you have
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in operational customer service, order management, logistics, planning, supply chain, or a related function
  • Experience supporting Order to Cash, including orders, deliveries, invoices, returns, claims, deductions, receivables follow-up, or customer issue resolution
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with both customers and internal partners
