What You'll Do:

Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service

Assist with check-in, reservations, and attraction registration

Answer guest questions and resolve concerns with professionalism

Process transactions accurately and efficiently

Help create a fun, positive, and memorable experience for every guest

What We're Looking For:

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and strong attention to detail

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Cash handling and customer service experience preferred

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
