• Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and policy modifications
• Handle billing questions and assist with payment-related concerns
• Guide clients through basic claims processes and direct them to the appropriate departments
• Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently
• Maintain compliance with company policies and insurance regulations

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of insurance products (General Liability, Workers Compensation, Commercial policies)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
