Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information regarding our products and services
• Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments
• Maintain customer accounts and update information as needed
• Identify and elevate any issues or concerns to the appropriate department
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
• Educate customers on our products and services and make recommendations based on their needs
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
• Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve customer service skills

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the financial industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Must be able to work full-time, 40 hours per week
