About the Role We are seeking a polished and service-driven Front Desk Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our members and guests. This role is central to delivering an exceptional first and last impression and requires a natural hospitality instinct, composure under pressure, and a genuine passion for creating meaningful member experiences.
What You Will Do~- Greet all members and guests warmly and by name wherever possible, creating a personalized and seamless arrival experience
- Manage member check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Anticipate member needs and proactively offer assistance, information, and service recommendations
- Handle member inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset
- Communicate club programming, amenities, and offerings clearly and enthusiastically
- Manage reservations for spa treatments, padel courts, dining, and member events
- Accurately maintain member records and update profiles in the club management system
- Coordinate with all departments to fulfill member requests and ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor lobby and reception areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and a polished presentation at all times
- Process payments, manage member accounts, and handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Serve as the central hub of communication between departments during shifts
- Answer all incoming calls, texts, and digital communications promptly and professionally
- Relay information to relevant teams and follow up to ensure requests are fulfilled
- Assist with preparation and execution of member events and club programming
- 1 to 3 years of front desk, guest services, or hospitality experience in a luxury hotel, private club, or high-end retail environment
- Warm, professional demeanor with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with reservation management systems and Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Genuine passion for member experience and service excellence
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
