Location: New York
Airbnb is seeking a Market Associate to drive retention, growth and optimization of host entrepreneurs in the assigned territory. You will build relationships, advise on pricing, availability and listing quality to maximize hosts' success on Airbnb.
You will manage a book of business, conduct onboarding conversations, educate on product updates, respond to inquiries and analyze performance data to identify opportunities for more bookings and host growth.
